Michael K. Fortunato
Michael K. Fortunato is an experienced employment attorney representing clients in New Jersey and federal courts.
He handles a wide range of workplace disputes, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage violations under laws like the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination, Title VII, FMLA, and FLSA.
Before joining Brandon J. Broderick, Michael practiced at a respected plaintiff’s employment law firm, where he developed his advocacy skills.
Earlier in his career, he also represented businesses and public entities, giving him a comprehensive understanding of both sides of employment disputes.
